Have you ever wanted to have a good facial at home without the expensive price tag? I sure do! I’m a very vain person, it just doesn’t show because I act like I don’t care. But I do! I internally freak out whenever I have a new pimple or if my face is too dry or too oily. I am just shy to openly express it because I don’t want to look unmanly. I’m telling you, if I will review all the beauty stuff I’ve used and are using, GuyMeetsLife will be GayMeetsLife. LMAO. But anyway, I’m going to review a product that I’ve been using for quite some time now, and I really, really love this. It’s the Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay or Aztec clay mask, as I simply call it.
I discovered the Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay while I was buying food supplements in Healthy Options. I was looking around the different products, when my now ex pointed to the Aztec clay mask and said that we should buy it. The words on the front label that says, “The world’s most powerful facial,” got me interested. I haven’t had any facials done in almost a year, and I know I have a lot of whiteheads and blackheads already. I usually buy those nose strips to get rid of the blackheads on my nose, but the idea of having my whole face stripped of these dirt seems really enticing. I checked the back label to see how this Aztec clay mask works and here’s what I saw:
Yes, I can’t understand it because it’s not in English!!!! But don’t worry, I’ve done my research on how to effectiely use this Aztec clay facial mask.
What is Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay?
It has been said that for many decades, clay has been used as a facial mask to beautify our skin. Even Cleopatra used this to make herself pretty! The main ingredient in Aztec Secret Indian healing clay is bentonite clay from Death Valley, California. Bentonite clay is mined from the earth and is formed after volcanic ash has aged in water. It has a strong negative electromagnetic charge, which acts like magnet in and on our bodies, pulling metals and toxins into it. That’s why this Aztec facial mask is so effective in deep cleansing. The Aztec clay mask is sun dried for up to 6 months before it is packaged and can be used as facial mask.
How I Apply Aztec Clay Mask
Okay, here is how I use it. Usually, the Aztec secret Indian healing clay powder is mixed with water until you form a smooth paste, which will be your facial mask. But instead of water, I use Apple Cider Vinegar instead.
I then spread it evenly on my face and let it sit there for 15 minutes. Now this is the best part.
I CAN FEEL MY FACE PULSATE!!!
Yes, I can actually feel the Aztec clay mask working its magic. You will feel a tightening and pulling sensation on your face. Don’t panic, it’s normal. Just relax. The first time I used this I closed my eyes and imagined that I was really having an actual facial! It’s like the Aztec secret Indian healing clay has a life of its own removing all the dirt, blackheads and whiteheads on your face. Just think of this as a painless deep pore facial without the pricking.
After around 15 minutes, but sometimes longer because I do stuff while I have the aztec clay mask on my face, I rinse my face with warm water. At first you may find it hard to remove because the clay will really stick to your face, but just rinse and rinse with warm water and it will fall off eventually. Don’t try to rub it off too hard so as not to irritate the skin on your face. You will have temporary redness, which I also love! Feeling ko kasi rosy cheeks na ako and may glow face ko. Now feel your face, you will notice that all your blackheads and whiteheads are gone! It’s like you had a deep pore facial and the impurities on your face are removed. And the best thing about the aztec clay mask is it has NO ADDITIVES, NO FRAGRANCES and NO ANIMAL TESTS involved.
You can buy Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay in Healthy Options. I got mine in their Mall of Asia branch. I also saw some in their Greenbelt branch. Lately, they’ve been running out of stock, so if you happen to see one, grab it already. I highly recommend it.
